ORMYLIA is not liable for any delays in product deliveries when unforeseeable circumstances affect procedures. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to delays at customs, intermediate loading areas, mass transit or other types of strikes that impact the movement of goods. In such a case we will contact you as soon as possible at the contact information you have provided us with, in order to arrange a new delivery date.Although we have taken every measure to update you regarding possible product unavailability, there is a possibility that a product becomes unexpectedly unavailable or out of stock. In such a case, we shall contact you to inform you of the new delivery time for the product you selected and which is temporarily out of stock. If you select a product and due to an error on our side we do not inform you that it is out of stock, then we will contact you to arrange the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order at no cost to you, and the return, without interest, of any money you may have paid, in a reasonable period of time.
Cancellation & return policy
If you change your mind or made a mistake, you may cancel your order within 12 hours from its confirmation by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. If you have paid by credit card and you cancel your order, there will be no additional charges.
From the moment your order has been loaded for shipping, you can no longer cancel it.
Product returns are accepted within two days of delivery and on the condition that the packaging has not been opened. If this is the case, please contact us at [email protected].
